While attending university at SUNY Old
Westbury, Ash noticed there were limited online career resources that he and his
colleagues could use to find jobs. Large job boards simply did not meet the specific
needs of high caliber professionals; so Ash created Gliese Global, an exclusive
IT company catering to a specialized job site where pre-screened, high caliber professionals
find relevant job opportunities with leading companies
Ash has 9 years of experience working
with multi-national firms in Information Technology and application development;
as well has several years experience in recruiting. Along with being CERTIFIED in
various MICROSOFT technologies Ash holds an MIS from SUNY Westbury and has a nomination
for Vascular Scholarship to Columbia University.
Chief Technology Officer, Karuna Sagar
As CTO, Karuna is in building and managing
large scale recruiting websites. Prior to joining Gliese Global, Karuna was CTO
and co-founder of Quatrosoft, a application design and IT company. He also served
as VP of Technology at 247jobs, an online job board now a part of Gliese Global.
Vice President Marketing, Lexis Rigano
Lexis is responsible for Gliese Global
marketing and branding initiatives. Lexis brings 10 years of experience in business
development, marketing and PR for new and start-up businesses. As an entrepreneur,
she has worked in the service sector within diverse markets. Her multicultural approach
to business has been effective in South America, Australia and the US. She has a
marketing degree from New York University.
Vice President Sales, Tim Baldwin
With 14 years of experience in building
sales organizations and managing sales teams, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to
Gliese Global. He is a dynamic sales professional who sets high targets and consistently
surpasses expectations. He was head of technology at CYBERACER corp.
Tim received his B.A. from Yale University.
Director, Human Resources, Annu Gupta
As the Vice President of Human Resources,
Annu is responsible for building strong relationships with applying candidates and
companies. Annu is also involved in the formulation and execution of the company's
HR business development strategy. Prior to joining Gliese Global, Annu took part
in the formation of Gliese HR infrastructure.
